Russell R. Diachok
A highly regarded leader in the Rocky Mountain region's securities brokerage and life insurance industries, Russ has been actively involved in the business for nearly three decades. Prior to co-founding Geneos Wealth Management in 2002, he served as President and CEO of Multi-Financial Securities Corporation, a full-service broker-dealer. Russ has several securities licenses, including Series 7, 24, 63, 65 and commodities series 31, and is Life/Health licensed in all fifty states. An avid skier and golfer, Russ enjoys traveling.
Also a Colorado native, Ryan is primarily responsible for the firm's highly selective recruitment efforts. In addition to business development, he manages extensive relationships with the firm's product vendors. He holds a Series 7, 24, 66 and 31 as well as Life/Health Insurance licenses. He lives in Parker, CO with his wife and three kids. A passionate golfer, Ryan enjoys spending time with his family and playing guitar.
Senior Vice President
With daily responsibility for the firm's technology solutions, Dean also has daily oversight for all OSJs and home office registered personnel. As the past president of a 500-rep broker-dealer, he was responsible for the day-to-day and financial operations of the firm. Prior to joining Geneos, he served as Chief Information Officer for ING Advisors Network where he oversaw technological infrastructure. Dean has a Series 7, 24 and 66. He completed a bachelor of science degree in business administration and human resource management and received a master of science in computer information systems from the University of Phoenix.
Chief Compliance and Operations Officer
She started her brokerage career with E.F. Hutton and subsequently has held increasingly responsible compliance, operations and information systems roles with several regional and national firms. She joined Geneos at its inception and provides compliance and regulatory leadership and guidance to Geneos' advisors encompassing both broker-dealer and RIA operations.
Chief Financial Officer
Ray joined Geneos in 2008 and brings over twenty five years of industry experience to his role as Controller. He spent eighteen of those years with Oppenheimer Funds where he served as a Financial Principal for two mutual fund distributors. He has also spent five years as a controller for two of the largest credit unions in Colorado. Ray earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Metropolitan State College and an MBA from Regis University. He holds the Series 27 and is a Certified Public Accountant. Along with spending time with wife and daughter, Ray also enjoys the Colorado outdoors by skiing, running, and cycling.
